Stacey Peterson is the Owner and Creative Director of Dollface Professional Makeup Artistry and Salon Services, an up-and-coming Long Island based company providing hair and makeup services for film projects and special events.
Having worked in Research and Development for one of the most respected and globally recognized cosmetics companies for over 10 years, Stacey has developed a vast product and ingredient knowledge that sets her apart from other artists. Having and using this expertise in tandem with her professional experience as a makeup artist, hers is quickly becoming known in the industry as the company to hire for any occasion.
A passion for makeup and excellent customer service has afforded Stacey a diverse and highly successful career. Not only is she regularly called upon to provide services for special events such as weddings, parties, independent films and music videos, but she has been featured on television shows such as The Rachael Ray Show, Bridezillas and Jerseylicious. She is also regularly called upon by companies throughout the tri-state area to groom and prepare public speakers, executives who are featured in informative corporate responsibility pieces, and various informational/training videos for companies to use internally. Stacey works very closely with her client to insure the highest satisfaction at every level of their collaboration.
Stacey is a New York State licensed cosmetologist who is constantly continuing her education through industry seminars and on-the-job experience. Thanks to the invaluable knowledge she has gained working in the cosmetics industry, she was able to in 2011 partner with a popular mobile technology firm to develop and launch the first makeup artist's continuity application for smart devices. She also works very closely with a network of local and national makeup artists that allows her to develop her business presence and mentor younger artists.
Stacey and her husband currently live on Long Island with their cats and bulldogs.
